If there really was a cure for cancer, why charge people to hear the good news? It's a basic scam tactic:
I have some life-changing information -> it's a do it yourself package -> all you need to do is buy my e-book/CD and the secret is yours -> but I bought the e-book and did exactly as you said and it didn't work...
The only life-changing thing that will have happened is that you will have made the scammer richer. When you uncover their 'magical package' all that you will find is a bunch of generic material, all the better to blame you for bad implementation.
Notice how the website is targeting desperate people. Ask yourself why they haven't built a viable business on their own, curing people's cancer for them, instead of dishing out instruction manuals.
