deal, from your blog "Cheap on a PE and Book Value basis"

Which weak fundamentals are you therefore referring to in your post above?

Did you know any share can become cheap by playing around with number of issued shares? Will they repeat last years performance? Read more here please http://contrarianinvesti...-investment-company.html

The fact that current shareholders are not selling any of their stake and are willing to accept such heavy dilution is evidence enough that there is significant growth in this company..

It will be very bad if this guys will hold our money and fail to allocate a fixed assured minimum.

The duration will be communicated.. About the max shares one can buy is determined after the completion of applications.

@guru267 when i was talking of the limit i was also thinking of the minimim, we would not wish to have a case where the very small come to participate and run off when they chicken out because they bought the shares with borrowed money.

a minimum of 3500 shares is not bad i suggest.

Interesting that Dominic Kiarie who almost single-handedly built BAAM is leaving on the eve of the IPO.BAAM has given Britak very steady income stream (almost a cashcow). He is one the best fund managers in the EA...

Would love a minimum of 5k shares. More guys should stay out so that we get our fills. This will be a money maker.

just to advice you that the price alone does not give a view. look at he number of shares on offer and the fundamentals. a reduction of shares ten times and make the price 90 KES per share will result to the same.
