can u stand out as some who can accuse Mercy on matters party, mpango etc ??.

i think ni bahati mbaya but we need to get the killers and castrate them.Even if she refused, she did not deserve to be killed in cold blood.

I fail to see the point to this, HOW MANY MURDERS OCCUR IN NAIROBI DAILY? why should this be treated any differently? please inform me - was she high ranking? or is it because she argued with someone high ranking.
disclaimer: I do not condone murder and I believe a murderers should be sought out, tried and jailed. but lets not treat this one 'differently'!

its treated differently because the suspect involved on Mercy death are VIPs.i would wonder how such pretty gal involved her self with drunker-eds and murders they should be jailed to death.

She was hit by a run and escape car while crossing waiyaki way. Kwani people here have become like Jaluos who insist when a person dies, even from a snake bite, he must have been killed by someone. Or because she was doing masters that means she knew how to cross super highways. kenyans and rumours is a culture.

@Insurgent, how do you explain the multiple car tyres, ama she was run over severally by motorists who did not bother to stop? The body was mutilated, this cannot be from a car accident, and with no blood at the scene of the accident...

Dogs from the area a licked the blood. it also rained. the body was run over by heavy trucks and cars as it was on the road for almost ten hours. the green benz also ran over the body until it lie low like an envelop.

where people are suspicious about something there must be something fishily going on.she was killed and her body dumped at wayaki way is that a fact or fiction.i think postmortem should be done for the real thing to be seen.

In all fairness to our mboys in mblue this one is tough. Sample this:

1. The body was severely mutilated after being ran over severally.
2. The body is already buried so no tests can be done to ascertain level of intoxication, finger print dusting, cause of death and other forensic tests.

This makes the determination of the cause of death a matter of pure speculation. Just because there was no blood at the scene where the body was recovered does not mean cause of death is murder. The elements such as rain and multiple "ran overs" could as well dry up blood.

A court can order exhumation of a body if sufficient grounds to support such a decision exist. Plus it doesn't matter how long the body has been buried - even if it was buried years ago. Granted, evidence does fade with time, but hers is still fresh and can yield very helpful clues to a keen investigator

How did the blood leave the body? A vessel was broken - why, how? Address those questions and you will have solved your whoddunit.
