In the dark, it is possible for a green merc to look black!

The owner of the Merc, Mr. Okelo says he just slowed to view the body and was from meeting friends in Kangemi who have confirmed his version of the story.

It is possible that the murder allegations are far fetched and Mercy was just unlucky to be hit by a motorist while crossing the road...

@Maich very true indeed Kenya hakuna hiyo. But for the good of the reforms we need to have a body that is free from interference to investigate and prosecute unruly cops.
Too bad we are in Kenya some of these reforms we desperately yearn for in the force has a long way to go

I agree, it is very possible that the chic ran out and towards the highway and was knocked down.

With all the theories laid down here and the police force we have investigating this, do we really think the truth will ever come out?

Have you tried dealing with police?? never make a mistake kama hiyo, they will be on your case and it wll even be pinned on you...ever wonder why in an accident scene, guys just pass by and leave the injured?...anaweza kufa kwa gari yako on your way to hosi...

The police force/service should make sure that in every police station, there are at least three policemen who THINK, on a totally different salary scale, different training and with enough powers to order the other policemen - who clearly DON'T THINK - on what to do. I am serious on this!

Some wazuans fit the bill as do many other Kenyans. If each police station would acquire the services of two carefully selected wazuans we would increase the crime solving rate by up to 400%.

The problem is not equipment and all that stuff. It is POLICEMEN/WOMEN WHO THINK!!! Period!!!

As you crictise the police remember that they are average kenyans..Chances are that if you were a kenyan policeman today....you would behave the same..

Don't insult Kenyans please. Are you implying that "average Kenyans" don't think?

The narration given by Nation was way too cheap. And please don't think am trying to over exaggerate issues. We are making so many assumptions 'bout this girl. Because , seriously , to meet the likes of Kabogo , you must have similar interests, or have friends of such interests. And they didn't meet at a rally. Kabogo wasn't on a meet the people tour. This was Wasini Luxury Homes. And if you have been there, there is one thing you know about this place. It is very exclusive and privacy is taken seriously!

Guys, if you are in a party , and you dnt partake alcohol, you decline politely. That is what is likely to happen. Its unlikely that you would start giving religious reasons, considering your friends , who took you to that party, are busy drinking!!

That story of what happened was given by her friends who attended the party. Considering they took her there and knew what the party was all about, they shouldn't be believed. They could give any account they choose to.

What I know for sure , is that this thread will continue for sometime until when we get on to something more pressing that will have come up. Police will give statements about what they will do and what they have done. And then , these story will come to an end. A Dead End. Because matters like this are not as simple as they look!!!!!!!!!!!
