Rank: Elder Joined: 11/27/2007 Posts: 3,604		The power ones are gaining ground and now that most kenyans are now well versed esp with trainning from mobile phones (remember telkom used to charge us post paid while now 98% of mobile phone subscribers are on pre paid) it is the way to go. They always claimed the gates to the meter are locked even where there are no gates to lock. How did Kenya Power used to get the meter reading at the same locations?

That is why your grandma doesn't pay when she fetches from the river.
