@The deal,

Do not believe everything you read.It won't happen and if it does,kindly remind me and i'll gladly Mpesa you enough for a crate of your favourite..........And i am not BUY,BUY,BUY...SELL,SELL,SELLsmile ....I keep my word.

Yes I believe you @Njunge...for them to produce 300K mt in 2012 production has to jump by 20% from this years 250k mt which is unbelievablesmile but this years numbers will be positive otherwise this thing will.sell.sell.sell to 3bob.smile

@njunge is mumias a speculative buy at 7.35 in your opinion??
.

I need not say a big NO but i seriously doubt.I can't see much price movement (Looks like it will be stagnant) into mid 2012.....but that's me.

[i]We Rate Mumias Sugar a Speculative Buy on Increased Sugar Output

@the big deal

Pardon my ignorance if I am wrong or clarify the statement below in your blog on Mumias

The company recently reported below par results, its 1H earnings for the year ending 30 June 2011 dropped by 22%

Does Kenya firms report results before end of trading period ? Today is June 23 and their 1H 2011 (from your report) ends in June 30 ?

The biggest problem with this co. is lack of leadership over the past few years as Kidero harbours some political ambition & wants to run i think for governor's seat thus his concentration on the company has been at an all time low.

I also heard that... you mean Nairobi not Kakamega right?
