Am thinking KK would be good among others. Like the experts say you may need to define to yourself whether you r a trader or an investor.

@QW25071985,newbie? Shame on you
and keep that money is kind a oxymoronic - money will always find a use.
my thoughts are:
KQ - announced a 6.8% operating profit margin with rumours of rights issue later on this yr.
am aiming more to be an investor and not so much quick wins.(tho' will not complain if i get windfall gains..)
been a cautious investor so far - own kcb share and sadly still with some eveready...
@Funky - any basis for KK and CMC?

@Marting KK is already underpriced and they have announced they are going to report a growth in their half year results which will be out on 27th July. CMC also are investing 1 Billion for a turnaround and not to forget recently they also supplied the government with new Ford pick ups.

U are most definately a newbie. I get the impression that u are afraid price will run away and u might miss ur bull market. Came on man the bear is hear to stay.
And if u arent a newbie why wld u dare touch kq and yet they are set to do a rights issue.
If u want u cn buy into the kk euforia and for sure when it dies down u'll be left holding monkeys.
And bytheway whats the rush for buying ?
Hear it and hear it frm me price isnt going anywhere.

Buy KK avoid the rest...but don't rush to buy KK now chillax...its overboughy once it hits 11 bob it will comedown to around 10-10.50 then you buy...demand for oil is infinity...KK management is top drawer...the South is more lucritive than the East and thats were KK is going...Double digit growth with a forward PE of 4-5 couple that with a bumper dividend.. you cant go wrong as a Beginner...now lets meet at nxt AGM.

Can you live without that money? That is, are you ready to lose it?

How long do you intend to keep the money in stocks? Months, years, or decades?
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

- yes i can live without it, hence more interested in being an investor as opposed to a trader. Shame on you No, am not prepared to lose it.no one really is prepared to lose his/her investments...
keeping the stock for decades??-lets say am an opportunistic investor and there is a length-gain relationship.

Guys, what about Centum? I look at the analysis done by Khan on his rich web site and i also agree that the share is cheap. I have some and i would like to add some more.

My friend, think long and hard before you buy kq, it has left many wounded and it is not for the faint of heart. Just ask the deal et al.
