I understand that there is a guesthouse at Olkaria/Lake Naivasha operated by the geothermo power plant. I want to go there over the weekend.

Anyone with info and contacts?

Eish...ati a power plant operating a guesthouseLaughing out loudly

@TPK; KenGen has many commercial guest houses at their power stations. These were house used by construction managers when building the power stations. After completion, the houses are left vacant [some are used by the operations staff, but not all]

So what do you do with them, demolish or operate commercially?

Mukiha,
I stayed there sometime in 2009. The contacts that I still have were for the receptionist called Carol: Tel: 0712350108

@ Mukiha,

It has been a favourite place for me and family ofr the last five or so years to relax and think things through on a Sunday. There even used to be some boat rides into the lake from there. The last time I went, the jetty seemed closed and clogged with Hyacinth. The service can be slow at times but sio mahali ya haraka. Try it out!

Good; so HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Give me a working telephone number, please.

All the ones I have are either at MTEJA or are not being answered.

@Euge

It is 'Murira' which means looking after.
Go overdrive in purchasing the goods when there's blood on the streets, expecially if the blood is your own
