Fellow Wazuans, I missed you BIG for the three months I had an assignment in Bulo Burti and Gelid in Somalia. The primary objective of the assignment sponsored by an international agency was to assess the impact of the war on education. On security concerns, I need to organize a mbuzi session to narrate my horrifying experiences. Guys, you may never ever understand the meaning and importance of peace until you have a taste of the Somalia experience. God forbid! These are people who speak the same language, share the same culture and profess the same faith. Their only primary difference is drawn along clannism. Warlords, the wheeler-dealers are the prime beneficiaries of this mess. Piracy is a BIG industry -- regrettably with support and stewardship of Kenya. Two of our local colleagues lost their lives under the cruel mistreatment of Al-Shabaabs. Warlords are taking advantage of the economic and social challenges these young men have to contend with in their daily lives to advance their evil agendas. I have been informed by Murira Ikihia that you guys had a very successful 'Mbuzi' session recently. I hope Guka reserved a few ribs and mathagiro for late comers. This Friday, I plan to unwind at Reke Marie from 5.30 and I will spare some anti-mututhos for the first ten wazuans to join me. Guys, after that experience, I wish to publicly declare that all my future contributions to Wazua will be on PEACE.

I thought you were @mnjore.

And I second @`user` on the peace issue.
