Is Dyer & Blair playing around with my shares?

I was home in April and placed a request to move my account from nominee (D&B run) to my CDSC account. Was told they need to link the my transaction account @ D&B to my CDSC - call after a week will be done. Share transfer will take 2 weeks.Link was completed.

However to date: 9 weeks later the shares are still not on my CDSC account.
- I am not getting any explanation for this ridiculous delay
- They won't give me an escalation contact in D&B.

Guys, my question is:
1. Does anyone have thoughts on what could be going on?
2. Do you have any contacts at D&B that can get this case moving?

I had the same problem with CFC..i had some EABL shares in the nominee a/c..then i requested them to transfer in my CDSC a/c..but they were not cooperating with me so then i went through CMA and things went well. I will also advise you to write a letter to DYER AND BLAIR and also CC it to CMA,you will see the fast response for yourself.

whats online trading when they have the shitiest customer service on earth !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If just rectifying a problem in ur e/c takes months coz u arent monied to hell with that online trading !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried their online platform before it went down & i had & if still the same have one word for it & them as a brokerage & investment banking house USELESS!!!
