Most of businesses are referals or deals when you are doing it on the sides.some people are dishonest and do not keep their promises or delay payments.

Having a partnership business when both partners dont share in the same vision and strategy. This nearly ruined my business. I was interested always in ploughing back returns to grow faster, my partner was interested in paying the returns to the shareholders as dividents. After three years l bought him off. Couldnt be where l am today with that partnership on board.
The laudable is more often than not rendered laughable by overclaim
