145 acres for sale - to a group

145 acres is on sale in Maili tisa-which is kitu 2km from Namanga. As the owner won't subdivide, I am looking for other individuals/registered groups who are interested so we can buy as a group.

Price is Ksh100k per acre.

Let me know if you are interested and how many acres you'd be interested in buying.

Ksh100k per acre though it is negotiable if cash is paid immediately.
The more who are interested and have the cash the better.

y don't u free up the space a bit. I gues it's easier to find 100pax with 145k each than 10 pax with a metre plus?

Farming, tourist cottages.
Land is freehold yes.

Mo-I've amended. Was thinking its faster to process ten title deeds than 100.

Mainat would you know the type of soil and availability of water & power? Is it next to the namanga road?

Pole sana guys that I didn't respond sooner. I now have all the info including pictures.
Distance from Namanga tarmac road is 3-5km via murram road
Virgin land with animals (gazzelles, Ostrich etal)
School/kanisa et al are the jiranis
Water flows from nearby hill
Sand found in valley bordering one side of the farm
Soil is that mixture black and red found in places Ongata
Power iko kwa barabara
