From my earlier post -
http://www.wazua.co.ke/f...&t=13050#post186353
, looks like most people who responded are afflicted by the new rates than pleased.

If Wazua had a members club - with a reasonable subscription to which we could subscribe. (Perhaps that exists - Forgive my ignorance). And the club subscribed to NSE daily, weekly or data at whatever frequency we deemed appropriate - Made accessible to all members, would this be considered illegal, redistribution or whatever illegal business they may call it?

Bear in mind Wazua forums are already a great source of information, this would be great addition.

Input from people who know the terms of purchase, legal minds and wanjikus like me all welcome.

Cde, where art thou? We need your legal brains here. Is the sharing of NSE data (which was paid for) in a public forum legal?
I think so.

Perhaps this post was missed out by most Wazua members. Still seeking your opinion how we can share NSE data legally.. Perhaps using wazua subscription as a vehicle for that?

I use Live from MyStocks so NSE data is not a factor...

I was just skimming thru the NSE site and came across a free app for Android. It gives you the prices for the day - the whole list smile
Simple app, but a good start.
