Today I bought KCB at 24.75//= Should I be as elated as I am? And I waiting for anyone willing to sell KPLC at 21. As for the teac companies, am too green to take that gamble

NSE 20 share index is back to sub 4000 and NASI is now at 91. I think its time to pick the bargains that come up. @kipusa, if the market keeps heading south, we may be able to pick this blue chip KPLC at 21 or at twenty point something. Besides, if the full year results will be announced in late September, then we have some time to hunt for that great price

I have a long=term value outlook so not bothered by short-term movements. Got some i picked at 19 before rights and 25 a month ago. I will be happy to pick more if it breaks the 24 support and trades in 20-23 range.

Coop made a non-ambitious profit projection of 20% during the AGM. The rights issue saga will also keep haunting coop share price.

I think equity will make shareholders great gains especially now that it is the most profitable bank in the region. Its innovation is amazing and will keep propelling this bank to great heights.

So when is the right time to enter a company?? When they plan the expansion or when expansion is complete?? I would vote the former..
Uganda and south sudan have plenty of room for more players

I dare any wazuan to go any accounts opening section in any coop branch country wide and tell me how long the line was..

Equity and KCB already have a headstart in regional expansion and will remain miles ahead of Coop. Besides, Coop is yet to build its financial muscle to improve its key ratios and then think of expanding into the region

In all honesty & investors need to accept the facts that KCB is the only bank with a true & established regional presence (now consolidating & pushing biz) & is most capitalized @ 40B (12.5B from Rights) = lending muscle. Be reasonable, buy into KCB.
