It advisable to buy land and wait rather than wait to buy land.

The same applies to developed property.
The wazua spirit as members is to educate and inform and learn from others within the limit of what we know in any chosen area irrespective of our differences in tribes, nationalities, etc. .

Its also a gud idea to buy two plots if you can afford and wait for prices to go up.then sell one of them and develop the other one

Erm, not always... See USA or Japan where property prices have crashed... In Japan for many years!

Also many African countries are systemtically corrupt [in Kenya one plot may have 3 title deeds!] or unstable...

Imagine if you owned land in Rwanda in 1994...
