This houses are brick walls and clay roofing tiles what makes them Cheap is they manufacture/make the two onsite.
Pablo can assist on the kind of saving made.
However,when I did a site visit the houses I was shown which are supposedly finished didnt have Ceiling and the normal fancy fittings.

You need to re-read their brochure (If they have any.I guess there is a clause that reads,"Ukuje na ceiling yako"smile
