Interested in 1/4 acre in Kitengela for 1.15m. The plots are along Ostrich Farm road about 150m from Saitoti's home and just before Sigma Feeds. Borehole water and electricity available
Also available 1/4s in Rongai after nazarene University (Oloosirikon) almost next to HFCK plots going for 700k a piece.

Is there any hope of the facilities enjoyed by Saitoti being extended such as the tarmacked road and his GSU security. I passed there on sato for my very first time and was shocked to see the tarmacked road ends at saitoti's farm.
I won't mind paying that price if the above benefits are inclusive.
