Anyone dealt with Amaranth grain? Where can I get info on its cultivation and market?

Incas, a company, manufactures flour from amaranth. Google Incas, there's some information. However, i have tried to get through to them via email, or their numbers, which they have faithfully displayed, without success. I hope that we will be able to get a lead here. I am also researching on the same.
