My mom was referred to this ‘gymn’ by her friend & she’s been attending religiously for the last 2 months. She is very hopeful that the thermal massager will be the cure for her long painful hip-joint problem

The guys call themselves ceragem and uses massage tools on the ailing part of the body. She attends three of them in a day spending 40 minutes on each. Though the pain hasn’t really disappeared, she says she feels more relaxed and calmer after each therapy session & the doctors there tells her its only a matter of time before she completely feels better and younger. She also tells me there are so many people using the service and they have real life testimonies of their healing.

The massager is only 88k & I could buy it for her if am sure it will work and end her trauma. I have already spent over 200k in the major hospitals/physiotherapists/specialists/Orthopedics but nothing seems to work, not forgetting the many drugs she has taken, X-Rays/Scans and MRI. (My next action was to get help from India)

Am seeking advice if any of you may have experience with this ceragem stuff….talk to me

Am also thinking of it as a lucrative business idea in my rural home (if you buy the apparatus & charge people to use it), but I don’t know how to go about it…
...hold me in your arms, like that Spanish guitar… all night long!!!

@Mwende, I've always wondered the uptake of these services, I don't see the place crowded as expected...but I hope wazuans can give more insight. It was also featured on one of the TV channels sometime back.....

Of course, anyone will feel relaxed after a massage!!

Don't just rush there without proper medical advive. You need to consult a doctor who specialises in geriatric medicine. Try Dr. P. W. Kamau at Upper Hill Medical Centre [tel: 020-342 893].

If the problem needs physiotherapy, he will recommend one; but don't just go a massage palour that pretends to be a medical clinic.

I have a bad back and have tried ceragem therapy. It was very helpful but I just got this feeling it wasn't very medically real.

Its nice and warm and the rocks massage your back, but there was no real healing, just relief.

@KulaRaha, @Mwende;

Read this info from the Ceragem website: http://www.ceragem.com/ceragem_rh.asp

"CERAGEM Effectiveness

Relieve stress
Relieve muscle pain
Relieve muscle stiffness and eases aches associated with arthritis
Improve blood circulation"

It will not cure!! It will only "relieve" pain...for some time; just like any other good massage!

Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.
