Last week an advocate wrote an article about the danger of appointing Two liberals into the post of CJ and DCJ.Her argument was that when you have two liberals sitting in the high office it denies the conservatives the chance to be heard and in this case the religious and conservative Africans.

She was of the opinion that since Baraza and Mutunga will obviously be appointed JSC should be careful In appointing the supreme court Judges so as to create a balance of opinion in the highest court in the land.

Issues like,homosexuality,abortion,Divorce mercy killing are quite emotive and a balance is needed to create harmony in judgement.
