I think the good lady is more interested in over the air. I suggest she estimates her usage then goes for the necessary bundle from safaricom. The bigger the bundle, the lower the cost per MB.
The laudable is more often than not rendered laughable by overclaim

you are getting that because KDN has allot of excess bandwidth.Trust me you arenot the only one.very few homes are connected to fiber.And it may take a pretty long time before people warm up to fiber.so just enjoy your internet .BTW its so unfair !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
