power lines fashions and styles

Rank: Elder Joined: 8/11/2010 Posts: 1,588		I noticed something. I keep noticing it as I travel along our highways. About those power lines along these highways. Those ones that first go to a transformer before it can be taken to houses. I always see that sometimes the 3 cables are arranged side by side in a horizontal fashion at the very top of the post. And then a few posts later they are arranged one below the other in a vertical fashion at the side of the post. Other posts have them arranged two on one side and one cable on the opposite side. These patterns keep changing every few posts. Why is this?

Unless they have been so arranged to mesmerize yours truly akina yahye along the road.
