if it were not for respect,going commando style is the best for men and women.
For men because the Y-gothas hold the testicles so tight that this interferes with not only the sperms production but also the life and other effects such as morphology,quantity etc.The heat from these gothas is not desirable for the sperms life.Thats why men will note that during sunny or near places with alot of heat,the scrotum (bag carrying sperms) pull down to try and trap more favourable cooling air for the growth and life of the sperms.
Therefore,the Y-gothas are highly discouraged and people still on these should swith to boxers which are loose and allows more circulation of air.
For women because tight gothas do generate heat which is favourable for bacterial growth and especially to those that dont clean their caves well.
