Starting a tour firm - Let's talk business

Hi esteemed ladies and gentlemen of this great forum.
I have been thinking about starting a tour operations / travel agency business and I now believe it's time to stop thinking and would like to go for it.
Is there any wazuan doing this type of business? I will appreciate your free advice.
If you are a staff working in this kind of environment and you know the inside and out of this business or you know someone in this position, let's talk. I would be willing to pay a small token for guidance on starting this business. Please spread the word.

Just an observation. Most as you get into the business try the power of google adverts (adwords). Much of the tourism online stuff is done by Indians who realized how much people were looking for tour related information. This may come after the business is already up. I am not in tourism but you may use the keyword tools to find out how many people are looking for products in your area of interest. Keep it simple

Yes, I am looking on all possible ways of marketing. I am currently in online marketing and I am studying all marketing possibilities in this area.
