I saw an advert on Nation by EABl advising NSE investors to exercise caution when dealing with EABL's shares.
What are the implications of the move?

I got some information that they have bought back 20% shares of some south african brewer which they had previously sold to them.

As far as I'm aware buybacks are not allowed by the Company Act. How did they structure this one - maybe through a special purpose vehicle?

I think 20B is a hell-o-money!
Even the cash they intend to get from floating in Tz won't even get them 1/4 so I don't see how this is a good move. Is Diageo providing the 20B or they are buying the shares themselves?
BBI will solve it
