hi all,

with the arrest of yagnesh devani (alibaba), are kiraitu murungi, patrick nyoike, david akungu, raila odinga (some of the 40 thieves) safe considering the triton scandal magnitude????
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

The moot question should be, is he safe given he will be a star witness? Witnesses have a habit of disappearing in kenya (recall for WR, 8 are missing, 5 dead), for Ouko mob witnesses just suddenly decided to die en masse within a short time. He is clearly in harm's way...needs protection lest he also fall's a off a fat cats first floor balcony or kills himself then wakes up to set himuselufu on fire

Why isnt the guy in Nairobi already.

Or has all the Nairobi bound flights been full since he was apprehended!

Allowing him time to go to court to challenge/delay extradition.
