If only we could get more info.... 1. A 14 ft fall by a very drunk 60kg man, on all fours, is likely to break some bones or dislocate a few joints. Did this happen? If I remember correctly, just beneath the balcony I think I saw a tiled roof extension.....? 2. The cameras, I repeat, the cameras. The one viewing the gate was ok. Wanjiru drives in. Njeri walks in. Landcruiser drives in. Njeri walks out. Watchie throws hands in the air. Anything else? Does anyone else drive/walk out soon after? Why does the watchie scream soon as njeri leaves? 3. I also have an extra question 4the watchie n police. Where is the driver of that cruiser during n after all this? 4. What are Triza's, wochie's, driver's, nduta's call records during the weeks preceeding the death? 5. Was the house the wisest place to kill the dude? Why not waylay him elsewhere? 6. Did njeri drive all the way from nbi to come n be a principal/suspect/witness to a premeditated murder? 7. Was njeri communicating to Nduta b4 the death? Did they know each other? If indeed Kamau was murdered, I doubt Njeri did it. However, not much can be concluded with the above questions unanswered. TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

They usually use to have their 'deal' in a lodging. BUT ON THIS DAY THEY WENT TO HIS HOUSE. Wanjiru collected the barmaid at her place of work and then they proceeded to Jimrock (not sure of the name of that bar ). And then they went to his house. Could it be that this time the barmaid insisted they go to his house???????
And what was Triza not doin in her house at 11. Kwanza such a house????
And then when they got home....they went to watch T.V. C'mon........with a girl from a bar you go to bed straight. Thats the sole reason you brought her there. Infact knowing the wife can come anytime , they should have proceeded with their 'deal' haraka iwezekanavyo. Could it be that the barmaid insisted they first relax before they go to bed????? The way the barmaid explained how events took place since they arrived in wanjiru house to wanjiru's death sounds like a fake movie.
Competent investigators ought to establish the relationship between Triza and the barmaid ( Jane Nduta ).
They also need to check whether this two had been communicating prior to wanjiru's death. @2mile....My thots exactly....3za alikiwa na acomplice wengi.... wanjirus manager at the camp, Police Boss, Nduta...the watchie pia. wote wanatake a piece. Kwani how much was this Guy worth? Reason to be suspicious if the two ladies were communicating on phone. Lord, thank you!

The new developments make this case very interesting. There are many possibilities explaining what happened. However, who do we call 'experts'?Ideally the post-mortem should have been done by a well trained forensic pathologist not guys who have taught themselves on the job to testify to police prosecutors. It takes more than just opening up a dead body. It all boils down to our culture of half baked training and later calling ourselves experts. With the training, exposure and experience, it is unlikely these guys would do a good job. Forensic pathology is a very specialised area and doing post-mortems in city mortuary + a single exam won't make you one.

going back to the basics and what a have always said,....for one to throw blood through the nose and ears, one ought to have been hit from behind by blunt object thereby bursting capillaries and enjecting blood forward. This is a simple medical knowledge and the reason I have always maintained wanjiru was killed.
By now,the watchman,Triza,Nduta and OCPD Ombati should be in Industrial Area Remand awaiting trials. What really is the good old Doctor's job description? Thought his is to point to the propable cause of death by carrying out an analysis of the body external and internal tissues and organs. I believe scene of crime investigation is the work of forensic investigators, anyone? "Never regret, if its good, its wonderful. If its bad, its experience."

Having analysed this story...theres more into it.
To add on what has been raised by others.
1. Which woman on earth comes and meets another woman in her house/bedroom and just leaves????????? Consindering the two ladies stated wanjiru was drunk to defend himself...the wife should have instictically fought the bar maid and not lock them there. 2. What biz made Njeri travel from Nairobi(or wherever)to Nyahururu very late. Unless there was a prior plan or someone alerted her. 3. Why did the cops conclude he jumped from the balcony (committed suicide) pretty fast...couldnt even wait for PM.

Since when do pathologists do crime scene/detective work? His report indicates that the guy landed on all four.... so my thinking is that he had to be satisfied that the limbs could survive that height, hence visiting the crime scene access the height by himself. On another note, the cameras indicated that 3za took almost 30 minutes between the time she entered the house and when she left. what was she doing all that time? Then those guys who came after the body was discovered, where did they pop-up from na hakuna nduru ilipigwa? And they are not even said to be neibas. who were they really? When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

Since when do pathologists do crime scene/detective work? I am shocked that out of your ignorance, you do not realise that any competent forensic laboratory is never complete without pathologists and other professions eg analytical chemists and many others. When an autopsy is done and the pathologists come up with some observations,it is only wise for him/her to relate to the ground before concluding his work. Due to this ignorance in our country,we failed to put up one such lab in Nairobi some 7 years ago. For example;one can be able to collect samples for DNA even 10 years after blood has dried from surface on a crime scene. However, this can only be done by very qualified personnel and I doubt we have this in Nyahururu Police Station or in the whole of kenya Police force.
