Hello wazuans,

It seems we have real talents here from financials to investigative skills.

I wish the CID and the Police departments were reading the posts in wazua, like the one at hand. The case would have been solved by now.

Keep it up members.

And then when they got home....they went to watch T.V. C'mon........with a girl from a bar you go to bed straight. Thats the sole reason you brought her there. Infact knowing the wife can come anytime , they should have proceeded with their 'deal' haraka iwezekanavyo. Could it be that the barmaid insisted they first relax before they go to bed????? The way the barmaid explained how events took place since they arrived in wanjiru house to wanjiru's death sounds like a fake movie.

When they went home, Wanjiru got some drinks from his bar and they continued drinking while watching TV. When they went to the bedroom, they were veeery drunk. Long after Kamau had died, the barmaid was still in the bedroom and saying ndirenda Kamau. Got this from someone who answered the distress call. Police took away the drinks as exbibits.
Lord, thank you!

They usually use to have their 'deal' in a lodging. BUT ON THIS DAY THEY WENT TO HIS HOUSE.
Wanjiru collected the barmaid at her place of work
and then they proceeded to Jimrock (not sure of the name of that bar ). And then they went to his house. Could it be that this time the barmaid insisted they
go to his house???????

And what was Triza not doin in her house at 11. Kwanza such a house????

Competent investigators ought to establish the relationship between Triza and the barmaid ( Jane Nduta ).

They also need to check whether this two had been communicating prior to wanjiru's death.

Why not continue and add the journalists and some Wazua members (like I) to your list as well? Wachana na too much conspiracy theory. If all those folks were accomplices then believe you me the truth would have already come out. And just how much money did Shiro have to be able to trickle down to his wife so that she can bribe all that merry group of your conspirators?

I think watching too much CSI and other cop procedurals is making us into unrealistic armchair sleuths. Comments made here matter of fact and conclusively to further an argument like 'just separate the suspects and they will crack', 'with a girl from the bar you go straight to bed' etc are cringe-worthy to be honest.

@Baratang I honestly thought your comment was snark until I reached the end.

hi all,

the MURDER puzzle continues but on already what we have always suspected and known...

according to chief government pathologist dr njue wanjiru jumped and landed on all his fours and that explains the bruises on his palms and knees and to make the matters worse he was concious of his premeditated action (jumping)...so where did the injury at the back of his head come from as it was not as a result of the jump? see the link:

http://www.nation.co.ke/.../-/v4q5xsz/-/index.html

two scenarios are possible here...

scenario one

3zas thugs probably threw wanjiru over the balcony bur survived the fall...they followed him to "finish" the job and disappeared in the dead of the night as planned...

scenario two

3za and nduta could have thrown the poor boy over the balcony and the watchman below "finished" the job...

@ simonkabz...do you still insist that the death was accidental after dr njue's findings?

...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

Aha! The saga continues! I cannot believe some were dismissing murder claims as conspiracy. There were many reasons to kill this man, and loads of evidence now points in this direction. A thorough investigation must be done. You cannot trust the wife just like that. The question that remains now is can the investigation be rescued, given how it has been bungled so far by the local police?

Dr.Njue confirms that the poor boy was killed.

going back to the basics and what a have always said,....for one to throw blood through the nose and ears, one ought to have been hit from behind by blunt object thereby bursting capillaries and enjecting blood forward. This is a simple medical knowledge and the reason I have always maintained wanjiru was killed.

By now,the watchman,Triza,Nduta and OCPD Ombati should be in Industrial Area Remand awaiting trials.

Because if they did some people by now would be cooling off in the prisons. Is it not?

It looks like the Kenya Police in Nyahururu are shielding the killers because on the night that Wanjiru died, three live and kicking people were present at the compund, Teresia, Nduta and watchman. Why didn't the policemen arrest these people?
