isnt it reckless and premature for ciano to actually state the expected share price. it seems abnormal to me.

28 is a dream...17 bob is realistic...overall a good company to add to your portifolio...the inflation monster...drought...will destroy their margins.

I think that Ciano dude is a genius. Getting Kibs to ring the bell is a huge endorsement.
So is Ciano from the receiver manager's or he's Uchimi's CEO?

BBI will solve it

I think anything above 20 for Uchumi is a dream unless the entire market was bullish.

Personally I would have relaunched next week or on Thursday and not today. Reason is tomorrows holiday will reduce the momentum while they would have been able to build on it after baba Jimmy rings the bell. Anyway let's wait for it at 7/- next week and don't forget Britak IPO is end June and people will want to reserve some cash.

BBI will solve it

I would be surprised if this share hold @15/- The reason for my skepticism is because the share holders who have 2.5% and who are restricted from trading their shares until 12 months is over, are only 4 holding less than 30% of the shareholding.

3 of these shareholders are govt and Govt agencies.

The other thing is the level of debt about 100M is supposed to be serviced within five month.

I know Uchumi is a gem but expecting it to trade @ 28 -30 is just a pipe dream that can only occur if a reputable strategic investor buys it.

We are also forgetting that the share has been diluted by 32.18%.
