@simon....dont be so confident like you were there the night he died......the pathologists say it was injury to the back of the head by a blunt force !

He also had broken cheeks.seems he hit the ground with face up and face down too.Impossible isnt it?

Its actually the norm for bones. If something strikes you on the right side, the impact is transferred and the fracture occurs on the left side.

Though there is nothing that can be done at the moment,I still stand by my earlier comments that he was hit by something (metal rod,wood) from the back thereby impacting on the capillaries to burst throwing the blood to the noses and ears.

The mother alleges that there was blood in the bedroom and bathroom.(still something to pursue)

bottom line:Wanjiru died whether murder or accidental and we should give him a heroes sendoff.
