I recall the good old days when the only stove available was a presure stove,
branded 'premius' stove or some name of that nature. It had a hissing sound that
could be heard from the sitting room and one could tell if your host is going to
attend to your rumling stomach, or is just buying time with small talk.
It had a 'sindano' used to unclog the jet opening, and it had to be pre heated with
parafin.it had a brass/copper fuel tank that shone brightly when scrubbed clean.
I have serched for this stove in all major supermarkets to no avail. I am qilling to
pay an arm and a leg for a working unit. Any offers out there?

I agree. My earliest recollection of this stove is it lying disused in our store, decommissioned because of 'safety reasons'.

I'd rather hat use Kuni than those damn stoves. Almost burned my humble abode some years back! Since then they were banned in not just my house but my extended families homes too! It's extremely dangerous. Gas ikiisha ghafla Charcoal comes in handy!

maybe its because, comparatively, the pressure stove had been generously contributing to the numbers of those 'promoted to glory' at city mortuary Shame on you
