they do have immunity but it can be waived by reporting the issue to diplomatic police and a request is sent thru Foreign Affairs Ministry to the mission and then he can be tried....@impunity, I wouldnt beat up wifey, let her go. Separate. Even if u find her with gardener, mwache!

Aha! The other side of the story! Since the children themselves have denied the mother's version of the story, she is now looking extremely suspect. It is not uncommon for women to try and draw fake assault charges as an exit strategy for marriage.
