Guys I have issues with the activelite, maybe you can help me out. There are times internet gets disconnected and when I try to log in again in the activelite it says 'your last session has not yet expired, please logout correctly and log in again' of which pisses me off coz I have to send email to cfc and they fix it for me and sometimes it takes long and it happens so often. I have tried to use the old cfc site to log in and out then go back to the activelite but it doesnt help. Is there any other POSSIBLE way I can access the activelite in such situation?

Guys I have discovered that someone can easily access your cfc account. I was trying something out and I have realised if u r using a shared computer or cyber cafe u tend to be at higher risk. I might have to pass by there tommorrow...they should get rid of the old site...trust me nikubaya...

If you don't log out even with online banking or with simple email accounts and refresh the browser you'll always have the problem you are saying. At times people even save tabs that they were using when exiting a browser and this always leaves one with the same problem when another person uses the same comp. Look at this scenario...@ the moment I cant access activelite coz I was disconnected due to low internet access. This, whatever the situation I will not access nor will someone else. But let assume I did this in a cyber...well, I will feel safe I have been disconnected but try to open the old cfc website...you will find that you are still logged in. So my advice, if ur disconnected from the activelite you must open the old website to logout or to be on much safer situation...cfc should get rid of the old site coz no one will bother to open the old site to logout...I hope u get my point...

Tafadhali don't mix up Activelite and Clientinterface accounts. Only open one at a time. Remember that these are 2 different interfaces and are not interconneced. One is connected to the ATS while the other one is to the back office. When activelite does not open, you should reload the same page. This automatically refreshes the page and your password is not saved. 'They say money cannot buy me happiness but when i compare when i had none and now, i'm happier' Kevin O'leary

NEW http://www.csfs.co.ke/ActiveLite/
My point is if you get disconnected on the activelite and you get a message like...'the active trader is currently unavailable or especially your last session has not yet expired please logout and try to log in correctly.' What to do is close the activelite open the old site you will see that you are logged in so you have to logout on the old site and make sure you dont try to log in the activelite coz you will have to repeat the process of opening the old site to logout. Send email to cfc, if they fix it they will send an email and you can use the activelite again or you can just login if they have not activated it open the old site and logout again.

I dont know if u have experienced what I do on daily basis, but when the net is low activelite disconnects automatically ie ur not logged out but diconnected thats why you cannot access the lite again...this is the message that i get in the middle of my trading session: Your previous session has not yet expired. Please ensure that you are successfully logged out from your previous session. For further assistance Email:ost@stanbic.com or call +254 20 3638900If someone opens the clientinterface he/she will see that you are still logged in so you have to open the interface [b]logout from the interface [/b but if you try to open the activelite...the above message pops up till you contact them to activate for you coz there is no way you can logout successfully if you cannot even login. I am very sure these two sites are connected. I think it will be much easier if you do it practically then you'll see what Im talking about....

@lovely. Thanks for raising this concern. I never log out of activelite. whenever i go back to the log in page, i find i am automatically logged out, and i have to log in again. I'll try the old site when i close activelive to see if i'm still logged in. I'm a new user and i am loving it. No need for a broker, its stress free trading. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself
