You two seem to be the only people presenting rational arguments here. Regardless of whether Kirubi was indeed guilty of "something"... the prosecutors obviously did not charge them with that "something" and did not provide evidence linking them to the crime of "something". They presented evidence and charged with "something else". The judge had no choice. A guy cannot commit murder and then you charge him with bigamy that he's not guilty of and then you expect him to be convicted!!

We need the latest set of financials + information on recent trading activity. The margins for Retail Businesses have dropped due to a combination of competition + higher costs [inflation, etc]
