Raila should not be responsible for his deliquent son's actions.
However if Raila is to claim any moral ground to call one Sonko Mbuvi Kioko a person of questionable charatcter, then shall he swallow when people call his son to order.

All said and done the author of the thread here didnt link Raila to it, he talked of Fidel who is known to most Kenyans and all in Wazua unlike 40M other kenyans.
