Hoooray! relentless focus by Jonathan Ciano and team finally has D-day as 31-May. Is that like in just 1.5 weeks?

CapitalFM_kenya Capital FM Kenya
UCHUMI shares will resume trading on May 31 after a six year suspension. This is one month after CMA approved its re-listing on the bourse.

Now the mind games begin - to sell or not to sell, at what price? Or even be daring and to buy more...

Is it true the EPS is 4.81?

Got the tweet from Capital FM too. I'm actually thinking of getting in at sub 5 for a quick play, if I dump Sasini by then.

Uchumi relisting - trapped sellers exit... This will make a good contra play as buyers get their price. I wish the panic sellers push it to 3/-
$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

Don't forget; after 5yrs outside, 10% rule will not hold. So there is bound to be large fluctuations on day one. Best to wait it out and make your move on day two.

My survey puts uchumi among the most expensive supermarkets to shop in,uchumi is not stable and still needs a partner and competition without huge capital will be a test...my best offer 2bob

I sincerely dont see it settling under 15shs. I would also pick up any shares under 10bob, on the 1st day.
