Not exactly a phrase but a thing that pisses me off.
Partially hiding the face of a victim e.g of say a child who was raped.
Yet from the way they have done it, you can clearly make out the person and he/she can no doubt be easily identified.
They've done this before for a policeman who had informed the media of fellow policemen perpetrating crimes. I bet he was shot dead!
