This is a very hard time for @magigi. Guys, try to be sensitive. He has just realized why his last born looks exactly like the meter reader and you guys are joking about it!!!

@magigi - Pole sana. In the mean, you might find this useful.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
