Why exactly would start watching TV with a Chips Funga knowing very well that your wife will come back any time. And that's not even all of it! Nduta claims that the wife came found them watching TV, an argument ensued then she left. Came back again, another argument then she left. Then... and this is where the story becomes as fake as it can get... they went to the bedroom and the wife came back the third time and found them in the bedroom!!! Seriously??? A chick knows a confrontational wife is in the vicinity and still goes to the bedroom with the chicks husband to their bedroom? And apparently she had locked them in, so it obvious she can show up anytime - and have the element of surprise. How much was Ms Nduta paid to come up with this story? And when Triza was arguing with Wanjiru, what was she doing? Just sitting? Apparently she lives nearby. Why did she just leave? Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

@Kaigangio, the watchie said he did not see anyone with Sam, that doesnt mean the chips funga wasnt there. Labda the young man had told her to cover herself up inside the top of the range car. Just because she wasnt seen doesnt mean she wasnt there. @simonkabz, am with you on this one. Now people, before you scratch your heads bald, banging yourselves silly, I believe many of you have watched crime thrillers. You are quick to present loud facts and are quick to negate the fact it was accidental. Its documented that Sam was violent, so he gets into a heated exchange with his wife. Wife knows this man will reach a certain point and turn nasty. Wife runs, but locks the grill door leading to the upstairs and goes with the key. Hubby goes to the balcony, pleads with wife to return him the keys. Wife goes, hubby tells watchie to look for the spare keys. As watchie does so, hubby, remember still high, tries to climb down balcony, trips and falls head first. Watchie hears thud and comes out, shocked and calls for help. Family lives only 150m away. They come and rushing hubby to hospital. Hubby succumbs while on the way. (As per what police have). Now as you guys ask your many questions, wisdom dictates you analyze and just dont react. Just because there was history between the two, doesnt mean wife would want to murder him. Many are quick to say mother-in-law gave serious leads that police should undertake. Alikuwa hapo wakipigana? How many women have we seen in bad relationships yet they stick there no matter what is happening? Were it not for the love, dont you think many men, some of you include, would have found themselves in the orbituaries? Let her grieve in peace. Let her grieve in peace. @Jus Blazin, Why are you averse to questions being asked? What people are saying here is simply that there are just too many questions that require proper and thorough investigations. That we shouldnt just take what Triza, the watchie and the chips funga are saying as gospel truth without incisive investigations!

We don't know what was going on in their relationship, we'll never know and it's not our business to know anyway.....but what makes people think that Sammy was "in love" with his wife, the valentines clip we saw in the TV? If we are to believe Nduta's story then its obvious that the guy didn't care about his wife's feelings. We all seem to forget that the guy was only 24 yrs old and the wife even younger...at this age their idea of having a good time ni mambo ya Swaggerific Concert and not being at home with your wife.

@ just blazin, whether 3za and wanjiru were having marrital problems or not is irrelevant at this stage...somebody was lured into his own death and became another statistic in the morgue...bearing this in mind, the investigations should be about MURDER and not SUICIDE or godamn matrimonial issues... don't forget that when all the deductions have been made what is left is the nett... ...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

chips or sausages must not be entertained to watch movies but act them "You're not supposed to be so blind with patriotism that you can't face reality. Wrong is wrong, no matter who says it". Malcolm X
