These guys story has so many holes, it should be an easy arrest. Just separate Triza and the watchman and quiz them for several days straight, you will get a confession before the week is out.

@ m'black,

that was expected of a killer...who else knew where to disable or switch off the on-line video recorder apart from wanjiru, 3za and the cctv technician who installed this cctv system...wanjiru could not have switched it off after all he needed an unmanned 24 hrs surveillance on his house...the 3za guy had switched it off a couple of days before, so the camera image sensors could capture the images in the surveillance view and transmitted them to the surveillance monitors for real time viewing but there was no recording for any future evidential retrievels...the saga sacks in the technician as an abeter or collaborator if he was in 3za's payroll...oh boy!!!!
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

Agreed.

Better yet, make the watchman believe that the evidence points towards him and Triza is 100% innocent. You can even make him believe Triza has implicated him and is being released and will probably be a prosecution witness. The watchman would talk like it's going out of fashion. He would tell it all!

So are you guys saying Trizza paid the watchie? And are you guys discounting the possibility that he was high, and could have tripped and fallen head first? And is the balcony next to the bedroom? If it is, and Trizza did harm to him, wouldnt the barmaid have seen all the action?

There could be many things pointing to murder, but the death could have been caused by the simplest of them all, a trip.

This just in. The CCTV cameras were on standby mode on the fateful day! How convenient. For Triza that is! Anyone who still needs convincing that Wanjiru was MURDERED???

Eish @ Maich, why not join the investigating team since you seem to have a lot of evidence. Can't you just allow a grieving wife grieve in peace?

Very sad, but i couldn't help laughing when Nduta said, "tukiwa na 'deal' anaendanga anatafuta room, tukimalizana anaenda nyumbani.Nikapewa mali lakini siwezi kataa juu nilikuwa girlfriend yake"
