Where can I get the best deal on house fittings?

I am currently finishing my house (a 4brm mansionette, 3 ensuite, in Nairobi) and would like advice from Wazuans on where I can get the best deal on the following fittings.
Kitchen - (granite tops, cabinets, tiles, sink etc)
Bathrooms - (cisterns, shower cubicles, sinks, bath tub, tiles, mirrors).
You advice will be greatly appreciated.

Tuko pamoja on this.I am going for tiles this coming week and i would really love to hear wazuans input on where we can get better deals. Advice is like snow.The softer it lands the harder is sticks.

Joys bathrooms in Industrial Area for pocket friendly bathroom fixtures in custom made coluors... if get a good place for tiles...kindly share

ideal ceramics along msa road, ASL and of-course Tile&Carpet depending on your pocket. The only time you should be looking down on others is when you are helping them up.

for granite a place in indu called "granite tops" i forget the name. they are along enterprise road before timsales The only time you should be looking down on others is when you are helping them up.

There are numerous places for house finishing fittings:
1) Kitchen products mdf boards, doors, hinges at PJ Bison kampala rd, off enterprise rd, industrial area.
2) Kitchen tops granite and marble at Franschescon opposite timsales, industrial area, enterprise rd. or at Athi river cement (producers of rhino cement)
3) Door fittings like locks, handles, hinges, curtain rail fittings, kitchen fittings at Ply sales, industrial area, enterprise rd, just after timsales ltd, opposite lagutrop.
4) All type of tiles Saj ceramics ltd, msa rd opposite city canbanas or at Joy, or at tile & carpet, or at Furniture palace msa rd opposite Airtel hqs
5) All type of construction hardware at ASL, lusaka rd as you drive towards city stadium railway bridge.
6) wall finishes and painting at classic mouldings, msa rd opposite airtel hqs

Also check out Doshi Hardware down mombasa Rd. I like the price of their external doors.

Also good to check with people who go to China and have an eye for quality. Guys buy alot of stuff and put them in containers and share the cost. At the end of the day, you get variety, cheaper and quality that you yourself would like and end up happy. If no time available, see Steve within the compound for Tamasha Hurlingham. The guy is good. Can't remember the name of the shop but at Tamasha, they will show you as shop is on ground floor
