Hey,
Is the property in question not ruare farm? let's know of developments taking place pronto when the ownership matter is resolved-Check the Business Daily http://www.businessdaily...6/-/rmwdla/-/index.html
Meanwhile what is the deal that the church has with the sellers?

Please stay away from the ruiru plots being sold by the Ruiru PCEA or Milele Group. This group Milele Investment is actually not a PCEA Investment group as they claim but rather a group of Reverends stationed at the PCEA headquarters using the PCEA name. They currently have a court case as they want to apparently grab land they had sold off to brokers for further reselling. Just google Agnes Wambui Kiritu Vs Milele Ventures. The Case is still on going. There's a caveat on the land although Milele are still showing people the land under Caveat so please Stay Away.

I hear there were problems in allocations by the Milele guys- and there is a case in court for sure.
As for the ruiru pcea land title (ruare farm) reads Socfinaf and its leasehold not freehold. Socfinaf changed is name to Waguthu holdings then later to Tatu city LTD. All this info is available online.

The land being sold by milele is the piece of land opposite where Deliverance church bought their piece of land and near the Plots sold by Muhasibu.I don't know whether it's the same by the PCEA ruiru but chances are it is the same land. The land under Milele group is what has a pending case so unless you want to buy land you cannot be sure will ever belong to you just keep away. The land belonging to Milele,Muhasibu and Deliverance was originally owned by Stanley Githunguri.

These are two different stories.
Story 1=PCEA RUIRU PARISH who were selling Ruera farm (even when it had a court case in the tatu city story), Deal went sour and they decided to start Selling PCEA EBENEZER estate
Story 2=MILELE VENTURES (A company owned by some PCEA reverends) who were selling Stanley Githunguris land. Deal also went sour hence the court case

PCEA fights auction of Sh 1.4 Billion land in Ruiru. Here is the <<LINK>>

One more reason to always buy property with a title deed - so many years yet plot owners have not taken ownership of their plots.

I pity those who have bought land at Ebenezer Ridge.Things were looking good this year for the development with a perimeter fence being partially done .
