in the beginning was getting banks to give you money but after its record keeping and finding good employees. But i have found the worst thing that can ever happen to a business is hiring a bad employee, stealing, opening late, being arrogant to customers,absentism, mood-swings eeeish! am getting a migraine just thinking.
but i have never regretted going on business, then there is the 3year make or break point...all businesses go through that.
