I saw one of their posters in a school ran by the PCEA church and made an enquiry. Was taken to where the plots are situated at Ruare Farm Estate (Socfinaf)though the land has not been subdivided and is still under coffee. Has anyone heard and or been there? Is this genuine?
Hmmm is this the same company that two years ago were selling plots in Ruiru under the name Milele?? And still at that time one could not visit the site because it was under coffee plantation. If, so then you can see no progress has taken place for a period of over two years (except the price is slightly higher). My suggestion, buy where you can see the plot you are being allocated. Otherwise you will pay for a plot and my end up being allocated a plot in floodplain or quarry areas. The peace of mind buying a plot you can see, with clear title is worth the extra price.
