Someone was questioning why radio presenter FM was summoned by TJRC over the Wagalla massacre.Here is why;

1.Machoka is a trained GSU officer and during the Wagalla massacre,he was a signaller (Spelling) in the unit.
2.His company was in Wajir when the massacre occured.He must have heard alot of communication and commands
3.He retired days after the massacre and was recruited by the then VoK as a signaller.
4.Due to his talkative nature,he found his way to the mic and became famous for hosting "Sanyo juu Sanyo tops"

Anybody remember this??....and if you were keen,you'd note that the signature of this particular program was some signals of sort.....and does he often refer to himself as retired...blah,blah?....even though he retired as a corporal?.

I'm not Guka, but that's the guy in charge of signals; perhaps signaller...

In those days, he would be the one at the Mose Code machine

Signallers are guys who send info over the radios in the military, or in the police forces too. They are basically converyors of communication btween say, ground forces and the HQ etc. They are specially trained to code, decode and encode some message that even though an enemy has tapped into your channels/frequency, he wont nyita. Something like .....Bravo Echo Echo Romeo.
How many can gitch that? Na leo ni friday!

Kweli???? Am almost certain i used to hear the sanyo juu sanyo tops program some years before the Wagalla Massacre. Unless he started presenting it before leaving the armed forces - but would that have been possible?
