If my understanding is correct, we are in this mess because Kiratu's ministry awarded oil importatiion tenders to small connected that couldn't afford to pay for the produce, he should go to Meru forthwith

An audit into goings-on in this sector is overdue to address systemic issues. For the actors, the Minister and PS should be taken to task by the Principals and if no satisfactory answers are provided, the responsible individuals sent home for crimes of omission or commission!

and i also hear that one of the conditions to get a dealership license (import of oil and distribution) is for you to pump in 1,000,000 liters of fuel into the kenya pipeline system. fuel that you will never have access to. then you can continue with your business. who eats that?? I am not sure its true but i have heard it a number of time.
