Why do we all stay with Safaricom, despite all their faults??? I resorted to using Airtel line for all calls, na safricom ni MPESA tu....but if Airtel had more outlets, their money transfer is far much cheaper....pole @Magigi; i especially hate the press 1 to....press 3 if you want....

...I use the Safaricom line for MPESA purposes and that is only once a month (month end) I have always used Airtel. I just discovered that my kid messed around with it and blocked it and wanted to unblock without having to go to their offices...

Hukihama and safcom 'refuses' to connect calls, can I sue them for the inconvenience??

Manze i tell you that customer care... Once was kept on hold for twenty minutes... listening to that advert for "sio simu - ni computer!" I gave up and looked for other solutions to my problem.

0722002100 and 0722002200 are other cc lines that go through much more quickly but they are chargeable.

Customercare@safaricom.co.ke is useful for those not very urgent issues.

Otherwise u can also get help fast enough on the safricom facebook n twitter pages
