The results are out for those who might be interested:
Profit before Tax:88.7B UGX
Profit after Tax:72B UGX
EPS:14.08 UGX
DPS:7.03 UGX
Overall reduction in profit:23B UGX (-24.4%)

SBU has disappointed this time. I sold my shareholding when I was salivating for KCB. I will re-look at its price this year. The price never went down even after the profit warning was issued.

The SBU directors are recommending a bonus of one share for every one held.What is your take?

Something to do with Uganda Law that all banks have to have UGS 10 billion in Share Capital. BoBaroda also gave 1.5 for 1
