Has anyone exprienced difficulties accessing online?.I cant connect for 3 days straight anyone with a different opinion?.

Find another broker as fast as you can. Those guys are completely inefficient especially when dealing with retail investors. It seems their focus is mainly on investment banking.

I also got the same problems but when I inquired around February,they told me they are reconstructing the online access....wonder how long would it take if smaller competitors are already in it.

D&B has been implementing their online system for the last 5yrs. My advice to you is just forget it. It ain't happening in this decade. Personally, I retained my D&B account as my long term account for the likes of KCB and KPLC because I hate going there and have CFC as my short to mid term account.

BBI will solve it :)

since when have they had online stock brokering ?????????????????
those guys are useless. Standard investment bank or cfc bank any day for me !!!!they are the best

am tempted to rethink my relationship with D& B coz every time you need to transact,you must go there physically,not even an email works nowadays.
