At 200K which is inclusive of the 50K I am giving as commission, all I need is 150K actually, so you can set your own commission above that, if u find a client at 250K, you get 100K! You can buy the site directly at 150K

Quality and potential is what I am selling. If someone buys this website and utilizes it fully, there is no limit of it being a great success story. By utilizing the paid listing option, if the user can attract 200 listing at KES 500 per month, the could make KES 100,000 per month with no salaries to pay or middle person to deal with. Also 24/7. Loads of revenue options too. Google Adsense, affliates, etc.
